HappyHappy is a marketplace platform connecting customers with: • Food delivery from restaurants and food establishments • Grocery delivery from supermarkets and stores • B2B wholesale marketplace services We act as an intermediary between customers and our partner merchants. HappyHappy does not prepare, manufacture, or store any food or grocery products.

To use HappyHappy services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials Users under 18 may use the platform only with parental or guardian supervision.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying HappyHappy immediately of any unauthorized use • Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate HappyHappy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When placing an order: • All prices are displayed in SAR • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated • You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account • Payment methods accepted include KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery Orders are subject to acceptance by the merchant. HappyHappy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Order cancellation: • Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement without charge • After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the merchant has begun preparation • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method Refund processing times: • Card payments: 5-7 business days • KNET payments: Up to 14 business days • Cash on Delivery: Not applicable HappyHappy may issue credits or refunds at our discretion for service issues.

Delivery services: • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed • Delivery availability depends on your location and partner coverage • You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address HappyHappy is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or merchant preparation times.

Users agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, merchants, or delivery personnel • Submit false or misleading information • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

All content on the HappyHappy platform, including but not limited to: • Logos, trademarks, and brand elements • Software, design, and user interface • Text, graphics, and images Is the property of HappyHappy or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • HappyHappy provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind • HappyHappy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question • HappyHappy is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products provided by merchants We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HappyHappy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the platform • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any rights of third parties • Any content you submit through the platform

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
